1. Performer Availability

As Zack also appears as Steel on BBC’s Gladiators, scheduled workshop dates may
occasionally require rescheduling due to unavoidable filming or promotional commitments.
Every effort will be made to honour all confirmed bookings. In the event that a date change
is necessary, as much notice as possible will be provided, and an alternative date will be
offered where feasible. If a mutually suitable alternative date cannot be agreed, you will be
entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

2. Deposit & Date Security

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your workshop date. If the deposit is not
received within 7 days of accepting the proposed date, the booking will be considered
provisional and the date may be offered to another school or organisation without further
notice. We only accept payment via bank transfer.


3. Final Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the workshop date.
Payment must be received as cleared funds in our account by this deadline. Failure to do
so may result in cancellation of the booking. We only accept payment via bank transfer.


4. Attendance Numbers

It is the school/organisation’s responsibility to keep us informed of the expected number of
pupils attending the workshop. Accurate numbers must be provided in advance and a
week before your workshop to ensure the correct provision of complimentary bottled water
for participants.


5. Cancellation by the School/Organisation

All deposts are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date — full workshop fee
remains payable.
If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control (for example, school
closure or severe weather), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking, but
this cannot be guaranteed.


6. Safeguarding & Supervision

Zack holds a valid DBS check.

The school/organisation retains full responsibility for the safeguarding and supervision of
pupils at all times during the workshop. Appropriate staff members must remain present
throughout the session. Zactiv Ltd do not assume responsibility for pupil behaviour,
medical conditions, or pre-existing injuries.


7. Space & Facility Requirements

The school/organisation agrees to provide:
• A suitable indoor or outdoor space large enough for safe physical activity
• A flat, non-slip surface
• Access to drinking water facilities if required
• Adequate ventilation and safe environmental conditions
The area must be cleared of hazards prior to the session.


8. Equipment

Unless agreed in advance, Zack will provide the necessary workshop equipment. The
school/organisation is responsible for ensuring any of their own equipment or facilities
used are safe and fit for purpose.
Zack will require a laptop or computer if available and in the school hall for use of a USB
containing the Zactiv Presentation along with access to a TV screen or projector.
Should this not be feasible and instead you are supplied with the Zactiv Presentation in
advance, please note this material, and any other material supplied by Zactiv Ltd is confidential and
must not be circulated, redistributed, or shared publicly, whether in groups, forums, or on social media


9. Promotional Materials & BBC Regulations

Due to strict BBC regulations, we are unable to provide posters or flyers of Zack/Steel to
you directly.
Schools are welcome to print their own posters for Zack to sign. We are unable to provide
any quotes from Zack for promotional use.


10. Media & Press

Zactiv Limited is unable to consent to or authorise any press releases in relation to Zack’s
appearance.
