ABOUT ZACTIV AND HOW IT HAS GROWN
Zactiv began with a deeply personal story. As a child, Zack struggled with his health, confidence, and self-belief, experiencing first-hand the challenges many children face today. Through hard work, resilience, and a belief that change was possible, he transformed his life. That journey shaped a powerful belief that anything really is possible, and it became the foundation for Zactiv.

Zack’s story led to one clear goal: to help children feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are. Zactiv began by sharing that journey directly with pupils through inspirational school workshops, using movement, mindset, and honest conversation to connect with children in a meaningful way.
Those early workshops were delivered in real schools, to real children, on real school days. By listening closely to teachers, pupils, and school leaders, it became clear that schools wanted more than a one-off experience. They wanted support that could be used regularly, consistently, and confidently across the whole school.
As demand grew, Zactiv expanded its team and its vision. What started as workshops evolved into a broader offering designed to support children every day. This shift allowed schools to embed movement, confidence, and wellbeing into daily routines rather than relying on occasional interventions.
Zactiv grew into a complete wellbeing platform, bringing together movement, fitness, mindset, storytelling, PE support, and family engagement. Each part was designed to work together, helping children develop positive habits that support both physical and mental wellbeing over time.
